TECHPACKS: Add colorways to techpacks to avoid confusion with vendors since styles are very artwork-heavy and color breakdown can be confusing.
TECHNICAL DESIGN & FIT - Kid Girl RTW
As the Senior Technical Designer for this brand, I led FIT SESSIONS and communicated all issues, comments, and pattern changes to the vendor. BOM and CONSTRUCTION were checked on every sample and updated as needed.
I created GRADED SPECS for all styles based off design intent, ASTM standards, historical fits for the brand, and standard measurements found throughout the market.
I established FIT STANDARDS for the new brand launch, making updates as needed so our brand was more aligned with the current market. I also made sure to keep our historical fits/grades in mind so that we didn't alienate customers.
